We needed storage fast and the staff were more than accommodating! Our first unit was too small and they switched us into a larger one with no effort on my part! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with any type of storage need! Indoor and outdoor. Very clean! Best storage place I've ever been to!
Today I called to reserve a storage unit and it was honestly the best and easiest experience I’ve had. I spoke with Jaclyn and she was very polite and helpful. Walked me through all the steps. Very welcoming so to say I was pleased with the service. Would highly recommend!
This place was sooooo easy to work with!! Jacklyn was so nice and helped me find the exact size storage unit I needed!! I have never rented a storage unit before, so I was a little nervous about the process...but Jacklyn made it such a quick and easy procees!! Unlike the last place I talked with..... THANK YOU JACKLYN!!!!
The facility is clean and accessible for my needs. The staff is professional and attentive. They took care of my requests in a timely manner. I will continue to use this facility for my extra storage needs.
Jaclyn was very helpful she explained everything to my mother who needs storage temporarily. She was very thorough,friendly and patient . My original phone call was handled by Jacob and he was very helpful and friendly as well .
