Been a customer since 2015 and loved when All American Storage owned this place. Since being under new ownership, the new company has removed many conveniences as to why I chose this place. No on sight manager to put packages in storage for you, not allowed to use the dumpster on property when cleaning out my unit. I receive a lot of packages and now have to load them up and take them home. Climate controlled units are getting warmer and warmer (around 78 in summer and 55 in winter). The storage place is very nice, and secure. The kiosk didn’t work properly but the lady that helped me on the phone (connection made at the kiosk) was awesome. It took longer than expected as there were some computer glitches that made it a little stressful but overall it was worth it. Good prices, safe location. I would highly recommend. I went to three other storage facilities before this one and didn’t feel safe at any of the three. Your storage facility is “ top notch”.
Nice clean units with pavement roads. The area is huge and you have plenty of room for trailers no backing up needed. I should have came here long time ago is my only negative. I recommend these units for rental. Oh yeah security cameras and fenced in with gate code to enter!!!
We rent several units at several different Storage Express locations. They are super easy to work with!
Very neat and clean establishment. I was very impressed upon arrival for the first time. Just wish you could access your storage 24/7 .
