Got reservation day before checked out space called next day paid and went through everything on the phone was sitting outside facility when I got access code went in unloaded came back next day and unloaded easy friendly and everything was told happened! Rate service and staff A+
It's a nice place, its clean and love the fact that my stuff is somewhat safe with it being gated. But since it is gated and u have to have ur code to get in why can't customer have 24/7 access to their property? That make zero sense to me. But still a nice place just would like to see that time change to 24/7
I want to thank Storage Express's staff first. They hire the most polite and informative people and are so informative on any questions I have inquired about. I have been with storage as a rental customer and a professional customer. Thank you. Your facilities are always clean and in good working order. I feel safe while visiting your units because of the cameras keeping everything safe.
