I absolutely love how easy renting and getting access to the unit is. I wish I could’ve used my own lock but no biggy I can keep that when I’m done. I like the combo lock better than a key one also. The staff is so friendly even though you don’t really have to interact with anyone. They’re great.
Reservations was a breeze. Every representative I spoke with was very helpful with shopping around locations for better prices. I ended up with a bigger unit for a better price than I actually found to begin with. So far I definitely recommend
New management have been very kind and respectful in their dealings with me, and have gone very much above and beyond in attempting to address my needs, concerns, and requests. It has been, by far, the best experience I have ever had in working with staff at a storage facility. I've really appreciated it! Great work!
Great staff, good pricing and a wonderful location! Lacey answered my first phone call, was able to travel over and look at sizes and was very helpful. Both Lacey and Carolyn are some of the best people I've met and I'm a happy customer!
