These guys will rip you off, their "auto-pay" is a scam. It works maybe once or twice and randomly fails so they can charge you late fees. None of my other services have a problem with it. I'll be looking for a new storage unit with a different company ASAP.

The gal on the phone helping us was awesome she was helpful and polite
I had a unit here for multiple years and upgraded the size of my unit once during that time. Customer service was helpful when it was time to cancel my unit. The entrance is frustrating because the gate is slow. I was followed in a few times by people who did not punch in their own code. There were 2 instances I left without stopping at my unit because the car that followed me through the gate proceeded to follow me around the property and I did not feel safe staying.
