I am very happy with my experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with a very nice and very patient woman named Unata. She made the whole situation smooth and seamless. Every bit worth the effort
I would have given 4 stars but when I needed to upgrade bigger during a weekend the only thing they could do was take money for payments and it caused me issues so it was a big deal for me. For the amount of money I paid just to get one was almost the monthly rate. The good side is is it's behind locked gate so for the most part it's safe from being broken into. The convenience of it being available 24 a day for me to get into was a big plus.
Very nice and super quick and easy to get the unit i needed. Unata Taylor is super friendly and so helpful.
Rent just keeps going up, and up, and up, and up, and up, and up, and up. Stating that their "rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on current market conditions". Yet, you can drive to this facility and see that a large # of units are empty and available. The storage units right across the highway are bigger AND cheaper.
I made the choice to go with Extra Space Storage based on price, location and customer service. The location is secure, clean and safe
