Pleased to find a nice, clean, secure storage facility so close that fits our needs. The day we arrived Zach the District Manager was onsite and introduced himself and inquired about our satisfaction so far. The personal touch goes a long way.
Leslie Rewis is always a pleasure to talk to! She does her job very well and always has answers to the questions I have about units I purchase or solutions to the problems I may encounter. She goes above and beyond.
Zach was very helpful in accommodating our needs! He was prompt and on site to help us with our lock issue.
ExtraStorage was very helpful and easy to reach. They maintain their units well and check them often to make sure they are secured properly. I know my items are safe in their units!
