I called to inquire about pricing and unit availability and spoke with customer representative Sarah, she was very patient, knowledgeable and had a smile in her voice. Then site manager Zach called to follow and he as well was very helpful and kind. An overall great experience, both knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks!
Extra Storage was excellent. They were always available when we had a question. Payment was super easy to do electronically. We stored our son’s things from his apartment over the summer. Everything was safe and in perfect shape when we took his things out. We will definitely use Extra Storage again next summer. We’re parents of a college Junior at UIUC in Champaign, Il.
