We have had a unit with them for 2 years. They have been great up until this past weekend. When we went to move our stuff out they had a combination lock on it we had a brinks lock on it. We had to call them to get the numbers for the lock. They said they found out unit without a lock in april so they put one on it. No one contacted us to tell us this. Storage Express in Charlestown Indiana is fantastic. Their sign up process was super easy, the storage units are clean and I love the surveillance and the care they put into making things look good. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit long or short term.
Friendly and fast customer service. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and was able to upgrade in a few minutes by text. Easy and convenient! Gated security is a plus, too.
