Wicked easy and secure. Very friendly and helpful staff both on the phone and at the facility.
Service has been amazing! Easy to book online and they had lock ready to go inside saving a huge trip to find the right lock to use!

Customer service is quick to respond and help you out but prices are not as clear as they could be and they didn't mention that I would be required to purchase insurance for my utility trailer which isn't worth much (about $500).
Driving a passenger car in there is difficult. A Uhaul or moving vehicle would be a nerve wracking experience. I wouldn't believe it could be done if I had not watched a poor soul maneuver about a 15 point turn around each corner. Otherwise, it's conveniently located in town, and customer service is on point.
