Linda was a big help! It’s my first time renting a storage unit so I honestly didn’t know the ins and outs. So she explained everything and took me on a tour and it was much simpler than I expected. Rented a unit and happy to be in a great location/facility. Much appreciated!
Made a great decision to rent a unit with StorQuest at this location based on the reviews saying price was great & service was also. Evy was absolutely great and even better than all of the great reviews I specifically saw saying how great she was. She understands what serving the customer means and it shows. Definitely better place to rent than all the "big guys" and the prices are more reasonable for S Tampa/Hyde Park area.
Perfect self-storage facility. Very clean And professional. The manager is welcoming and considerate, and the value is unmatched for the price I'm paying. Also, the location is the best within Hyde Park/ South Tampa. I would and will recommend.
I resently went in to view a unit and the front office clerk was very helpful and kind, I believe her name was Tina. She showed me the unit I was inquiring about and other options just in case I needed more space than anticipated. It was a successful trip getting all the information, expectations and rules upfront. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service she provided. Tina is always ready to smile and very welcoming when I come in to check my stuff. It’s a good feeling to know that someone always care for your stuff while in storage. She takes pride of her work and she’s been with the first owner of this storage facility and was taken by the new ownership. I hope the new owner will see that Tina is a very good asset for the company and will be forever loyal as she was with the last owner of this business.
