We rented a climate controlled unit this past week and moved in after having a horrible experience with a previous company down the street. It was very easy to sign the documents. The prices were just as advertised. Brandon had us signed in with in a few minutes. Surprise! You don’t have to keep up with keys, always an issue for us. Who had the keys last and where are they now? The entire complex is blue tooth. Absolutely wonderful! Easy to access and everything is electronic which makes everything awesome to access! Manager was polite and very helpful. He was there when we first got there to show us how everything worked because it's all electronic but so easy! Best deal and place to store your things!
If I could give them more stars I would. I didn't need a unit after moving like I thought. I can say this that Storage Express went out of their way to hold and help me with the units. It's so refreshing to find a company that did and would go that far for their customers or possible ones. They will be a company I will go back to if I need storage I will never pick another place to store my things
Extremely clean, extremely convenient with all the Bluetooth locks. Jeremy’s service was very thorough and helpful so feel fully informed of what is due, how to work things, and generally what I get out of the space. Highly recommend and actually affordable as well unlike every other facility we looked into. It’s a new location and is very apparent. Things are clean and in working order. Very pleased
Brandon was Awesome! The Bluetooth feature intimidated me, but he made me feel right at home. He patiently and cheerfully guided me through the steps and walked with me twice to make sure I could use the app successfully; what great service! That's going the extra mile & that makes me a hapee customer. Kudos 👏 to Y'all. The facility is a little hidden, but for good reason. It is clean, safe and not too pricey. I appreciate your kindness.
