First the positives: after two years of entrusting this storage with my "stuff" while working in another state, I went in to check on them. Impressively, everything was where I left them and still very clean. I applaud y'all for that. This storage is one of the best places to storage your valuables. The place is clean and all of the staff seem to be very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you can use the Bluetooth lock & entry to get into your storage.
I currently store with another Extra Space location (personal items), I looked into this store for a unit to store business related items in. Sammie was wonderful! She gave me a whole tour and explained every detail on how to utilize the Bluetooth locking system. It was very clean in there as well! Overall, fantastic manager and great company in general. I highly suggest using them, this facility is amazing.
June was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to find a unit to meet my needs very quickly and efficiently. Great experience! 11/1 Then, I had a very nice discussion today about costs and my unit. You are so accommodating and the facility is very well kept and nice. I appreciate it.
My phone stop working upon a 5 hour drive to store items. Crystal responded within minutes with a cheerful positive attitude and and got me into my unit within minutes. Than came back and made sure we were ok. She gave us her card with a smile and said to please call her if we had any questions, problems or issues about or while using the storage facilities. She was AWESOME ! Great experience with clean, well lit and equipped facility. Thank You
