Not impressed with this place been here for about a year we will be moving in a few months but the price also increased for us within the first 6 months One thing that drives me crazy is almost every time I go to my unit the security gate is open. Like what is the point of getting a closed unit if the gate is open most of the time. No one is there when it’s open. I have had my storage unit for a year now. This storage complex used to be called storage express my current rate when I started was $104 a month for a 10x20 unit. Now that Extra space took over, my monthly rate has jumped up to $185 in six months even though they are advertising the same unit for $127. I called and asked if I could get the $127 price since that is what they're currently showing for the same size unit. 10/26/25: Waaaaay too expensive. Decent place. Not great. Not terrible. 10/28/25: After reading my review they called and dropped prices. Not as low as my signup rate but still helpful and appreciated.
Way too expensive and terrible customer service. Miss the old guys.
Love this facility and its location.
