This place was great! Convenient location for my Bryn Mawr College daughter. I booked at the last minute, and I was about concerned that this facility was not one of the more branded chains like Public Storage. The fact that the rental price was lower wasn't helping. I am glad to write that Storage First was clean, secure, perfectly dry, and climate controlled. And all for a better rate. I will book ahead for next year to make sure that I get a unit at Storage First!
I have had a excellent experience here at storage first the owner Byron is a really compassionate caring guy he cares about his customers he works with me all the time. Very clean, great customer service, and seamless sign-up process! I would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for storage space.
Living in the Conshohocken/Plymouth Meeting area this place has a great location. I liked how simple it was to access unit and most processes were self-serve. It's nice and secure, and having climate control is a plus. Only issue I had was that they mandated insurance and the rent did go up to the point where I didn't want to continue paying it.
