I usually don’t write reviews, but I just got off the phone with one of the owners, Scott and he was SO helpful. I’m new to the area and haven’t ever rented a unit before. I had a ton of questions and Scott answered them all. The other day when I moved in I drove around the facility and it’s really nice. They have cameras and gates and it feels really safe and secure. More than anything, they’re just nice and helpful. That goes a long way.
I can’t recommend this place enough. They actually picked up the phone when I called (so rare these days), answered all of my questions, and explained the super simple rental process. When we arrived to the facility we were extremely pleased with how well kept it is, and how clean my unit was. I feel completely safe and secure leaving my belongings here. 10/10
Storage Hutch was a great find! Easy to get to (the manager gave me directions!), and when I got there, it was clean and the people were helpful and nice! I'm glad I found them. Putting all my things in storage while I'm traveling and knowing it's safe will be one less headache!
Great facility and customer service. I love the security of the property and never worry about my belongings in my unit. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family looking to store extra stuff!
I know the owner personally and he’s a great guy! He treats all of his customers well and has their best interest at heart! Highly recommend.
