*EDIT: About 3:45 that afternoon (since my first call around 9:45am ish) a third party company reached out to me was in town and able to come look at the unit. Sure enough the track was not drilled right, and apparently this is not this first time they have seen this problem and there are several other units that currently have this problem. I usually don’t write reviews, but I just got off the phone with one of the owners, Scott and he was SO helpful. I’m new to the area and haven’t ever rented a unit before. I had a ton of questions and Scott answered them all. The other day when I moved in I drove around the facility and it’s really nice. They have cameras and gates and it feels really safe and secure. More than anything, they’re just nice and helpful. That goes a long way.
My husband and I got a unit while he was deployed. We have a seven-hour time difference, but for us to get the military discount, we had to have him fill out the information. We still put my information in so that way, I could also have access to everything I needed to know for the unit; at least that’s what we thought. Once I got to the unit to place our things in there, I was denied the information on how to get into the gate. I tried calling. I can’t recommend this place enough. They actually picked up the phone when I called (so rare these days), answered all of my questions, and explained the super simple rental process. When we arrived to the facility we were extremely pleased with how well kept it is, and how clean my unit was. I feel completely safe and secure leaving my belongings here. 10/10
