The person who helped me on the phone during the afternoon of 3 Aug 2024 (I think her name was Doris) went out of her way to be helpful. I was having trouble with the website, and she walked me through the application process step by step. Very friendly and service-oriented! The storage units at this locality are very nice, too.
Hands down 5 star. I came to Storage King from another disappointing storage facility that couldn't produce what I was paying for (climate controlled). Having had the experience of storage unit/s not being as advertised with this other facility -- I went in person to Storage King on Coca Cola to inspect the units before renting. The office manager, Delores, is top notch. She gave me the tour, the time and attention needed to get me the right unit. Not 24 hours... Has 2 keypaded entry/exit points. Once I had fallen asleep in my car, right outside of my unit. My vehicle was still running. I was not hurting anybody. My bills are never late, I never make any messes. And instead of asking if I was okay, the manager came up and started yelling at me. Demanding to me, that I had to leave... After all I was really hot out, I had been working hard and I was overheated/exhausted (I was trying to hurry up so I could, get home and go to sleep). Anyways, I thought that was handle... read more
Delores made my move in smooth and painless. She is very helpful and friendly. it is a big storage and well maintained and clean and safe.
Showed up here with half a U-Haul full expecting to fit all into a5x10 unit close to the end of day operations. Once we realized no way this was happening the manager was right there to help get us into a bigger unit immediately. She went that extra mile for us and we appreciate what she did and how quickly she was able to change our existing reservation. The prices are great but the customer service outweighs that any day. Great experience storing my belongings in n safety as well
