We moved out of town a while ago and held a unit here. With busy work schedules we saw an opportunity to finally make a day trip to empty out the unit. Unfortunately, I misplaced the key and we already had the trailer reserved. Not only that, but we also had a family member who was hauling the trailer for us. He had cleared his day just to help. I don't remember the young lady that I talked to but she was very courteous and very helpful it was a pleasant phone call for a quote which doesn't happen very often anymore thank you to her being such a wonderful person

Tracy made moving to Grand Island so easy. I called before arriving and rented a unit. When the movers arrived the unit was ready for access without any problems. I highly recommend this facility if you need storage.

Great experience! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The manager, Tracy, was super helpful and friendly. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
