Have not moved in yet but if the experience is anywhere close to getting it set up this will definitely be one of the best experiences I have had with a storage company. Both Eli and Hosana have been awesome!!!
Great price and brand new unit's,one of the newest storage facilities in the area and still had the best price after calling around. Web site was easy to navigate and worked great like you would expect it to, great friendly staff that called me right away to thank me for my business and ask if I needed anything. He also kept his word and prorated price of unit bc I ordered late in the month. All around great service and experience.
Very clean and great customer service! The rental process was very simple and we have had a great experience so far. Eli has been very helpful and informative! Having immediate access to the unit was a huge bonus.
I chose this facility because of the ability to sign up completely online during my moving process. After I completed the sign up, I received a very friendly call to explain billing and answer any questions I might have had. The unit was ready for move in the same day and made my moving process very smooth. Great customer service, definitely recommend.
Eli and the Ms. were very helpful and professional. They make the process very easy without leaving my living room.
