Staff was available and replied very quickly. The property is very secure. At no time did I fear for my stored property. Only had one occurrence when I was unable to connect to get onto the property. A bit on the pricey side, insurance required adding to the cost. That was the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star review.
Very easy to set up and begin renting. Eli was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about renting a unit.

Very clean and the temperature controlled building was an absolute must for or stuff. They offer rolling carts to help transfer items from vehicle to unit. Great customer service. I encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to give them a try.
