I spoke to Brittany who is the manager of Storage Sense in Lancaster and Burnham PA. She is very nasty has an attitude that is so unprofessional for a business. I keep getting charged more and more late phase and I never signed an agreement so this is illegal. My payment is supposed to be $265 a month and I'm a month late and now it's at $703. I have been using the storage unit for a year now in July. It is the worst company to ever put your Storage in. The property is disgusting looking. It has trash all around it. It has cars that are all rusted and don't work. The units itself are disgusting. The company if you are past due one month they won't let you do a partial payment. You have to pay it in full which I think is ridiculous because of what is going on in United States with the gas cost and the food cost rising on a daily basis and they are not empathetic in... read more
