Storage Sense offered a clean, indoor, climate-controlled storage space. Security cameras, locked doors and locking units provided a sense of overall safety for our items. I really appreciated Annetta renting the unit to us. She was professional and met us promptly to view the unit. If you need a storage space, call Annetta. She was wonderful to work with and when we no longer needed the space, she was helpful in closing the unit out. I highly recommend Storage Sense and Annetta!

Annetta and her team were wonderful to work with! We needed storage space for a month when weather delayed a community baby shower. Doubled the price on me after 4 months. This was after being told when I signed up that the price was good for a year. This is a horrible company to do business with and their practices should be illegal. Do not rent storage from Storage Sense!

I won a auction unit here and this was my first time at this location. The facility was very clean easy to access and the staff was kind and helpful.

This company has got to be the biggest rip off I believe I have ever rented with, my bill at the Merriam woods Missouri unit, went from $48 a month, for 2 months and then jumped to $78. No notice was given other than a bill when it was time for payment, needless to say I moved my stuff immediately from my little 5 x 10 unit. Beware Beware !!!!!!
