As a new resident in Kentucky they were very professional and kind they helped to get me situated, I haven't seen or heard of anything crazy or bizarre going on here and if you get in contact with Tiffany she can help and set you up very fast and professional, I recently just got a house with enough space and are leaving them but they were a great service and would go back if I needed too

i have literally been at this location for years!! tbrough several owners. I finally got a chance to empty it. the only thing I had left was two items but unfortunately I had to return to Texas quicker than anticipated. family issue. I called Saturday Nov 29 before they closed but no answer so I left a voicemail for someone to call me back. no return call. all I wanted was one day grace. my friends cleaned out the locker on the first. they said they don't prorate. you would think many years service would have at least been w... read more

Had them for over a year and change and a rude male who obviously knows NOTHING about customer service popped an attitude in a feminine demeanor. Like is it that hard to help someone out? Then say I had the audacity to burn them in their ass? Dude absolutely needs to be fired!
