Angela Covert and Justine Vannoy was a joy to work with. They made this process very easy and I look forward to working with them.
I have had my things in 2 storage units for around a year. I ran in to some misfortune and need to save on my storage bill. Angie saved the day by applying my senior citizen discount and lowering some of my insurance helped me to be able to apply that money elsewhere. Storage Sense has really been a great place to store my belongings, I've had all my questions answered and I feel my belongings are safe without worry. Angie especially I thank you for all your help.
Great place! Very sweet ladies , clean storage facility! I would highly recommend this place.
Ms Justine was so polite and friendly the moment I spoke to her on the phone and even more friendly when I came in to meet her. Her assistant manager as well ( I can’t remember her name). Great customer service from both of these ladies. Thank you very much for helping with my storage needs. Outstanding work.
What a great experience thus far on my first storage rental. The staff is so nice, makes everything feel so easy. Every question or concern is answered immediately. Love the customer service
