I have stored my RV at this location for many years. I have to agree with everything that Jill C. said about the prior workers, they were horrible representatives of this business. I know the owner and brought up some of the issues I had with the husband and wife team. He later terminated them and has two new employees there now that are pleasant and professional. Storage sense on Taylor lane is a joke I have rented at This location for a few years. I was paying 171 a month until I got a rate increase at 248- Hmm goodwill I am in my way cheaper to give it away than pay for things I forgot about. The employees are combative all all of them the 1800 number and store. I guess you get what ya pay for. Good luck prices go up every month and they say it's computer generated.

Here's what you get with the Hampton Cove Storage Sense. We advised them several times over the years that swallow nests were a problem - no response. They're happy to raise rates every year though!

If I could give less stars than one, I would. Used to be owed and managed by a local family. It was sold to Storage "makes no" Sense who gouge their customers. My rent went up $40 per month for no good reason. Because that amount is not inflation. The person that runs it is rude and disrespectful. HORRIBLE - Paige is one of the rudest customer service workers I have ever encountered. She was belittling, unwilling to listen to anyone - and walked out on me. I would never send anyone I cared about to do business here.
We have rented a storage building from the Nance Road location for 3 years. They have had a rate increase yearly with this year's being effective December 7, they are going up $22 more a month which is nuts. I just contacted the worker on location and he could do nothing but listen. I have tried to contact corporate about it also to no avail. Hampton Cove Self Storage is the worst business we have ever dealt with. Never have we been treated so horrible. The husband and wife team are only the workers, the owner never shows up. He must be running this business as a tax write off. The husband certainly is not there to promote business. We rented a storage unit from Hampton Cove Self Storage for a couple of months.
