I sometimes have trouble finding someone who will listen to my concerns and needs, however, when I met with a young man by the name of Nick, I was surprised by his full attention he gave me. By his full attention, I didn't have to think twice whether I wanted to continue to seek other storage facilities. Overall, Nick was very thorough in his explanations, always reassuring me that he will do his best to accommodate himself to my concerns and needs. Nick is the best! He really helped me out when I needed it and took really great care of me. The location is amazing, I love the units there and everything that comes with it. Highly recommend.
