Storage units are good. We never had any problems with leaking or rodents. Access was easy. The reasoning behind the 3 stars is that after you get your stuff in storage they start raising the prices each month. Started out paying a “special” price of $89, at the end of our rental it was double the price.
Been a customer for over a year now. Satisfied with the unit and Upkeep of the location. Always looking forward to seeing Kerissa!!!! She is the best!!!!
The online process to rent a unit was simple and quick. The only issue through that system was the 10 digit gate code it generated during the setup process. When I arrived on site, the gate code did not work, and the office was closed, so I was not able to gain access to my unit the same day as advertised. Process to obtain and relinquish the storage unit was swift and easily accessible. Nice clean unit, good space, excellent conditioning. Amazing deal with 75% off the first two months.
I just want to thank Haleigh for her exceptional service. Her friendly smile was nice to see these days & she was very informative. Ya'll got a great employee here!
