This mini storage is a newer facility. I have absolutely no concerns with personal safety or the safety of the contents in the two units I rent. Cameras are visible in every direction. I love the automated billing system and anytime I have had a concern, the local representative was knowledgeable and friendly. The complex is conveniently located on the west side. Over the course of 20 yrs, I have rented several other units from other providers. This has been my best experience.
Their facility is clean and secure. The units are new. The previous owners did a great job building this facility. However the new management, as of September 2017, is terrible and we will never deal with them again. When they took over they called us and got new billing info. At that time they asked if we wanted our second unit (which was empty at that time). I said yes. They took the billing info and seemed like everything would be fine. Setting up rental of a unit as a new customer online was easy. The facility is secure yet accessible. The unit was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Month to month rental is convenient. Management has been professional, courteous and helpful.
I have never needed a storage facility before, so I wasn't sure what it involved. The first call I spoke to one of the owners, Angie. She took care of everything and made sure I got what I needed asap. The facilities were neat, clean, and have a ton of security. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends and family. A+
The best storage in Springfield! Gated with codes, super clean and very convenient. They are reasonable and very kind. Jeff the property manager is a very kind and helpful person.
