It was super easy to reserve a unit online and once we arrived at the office Heather was able to get us set up in less than 10 minutes. Affordable rates and nice people.

This is the best storage facility staff in the Phoenix Valley! We've had more downs then ups in the past couple years, in which our belongings were stored at Tri-City storage. As long as the communication was consistent on our side, they ALWAYS worked with us! We bid our goodbyes as we no longer need a unit... but who knows how the outcome would have been, with a different storage facility! Great storage, wonderful staff!!!

We used your service for many years and the price for the 3 units when we rented them was reasonable. No price increases for several years, but prices did go up before we moved out; reasonable with the economy. Overall, the spaces served us well when we needed them. Only recommendation would be for customers to have access to their storage beyond the 8:30 pm cut off especially during the weekends.

Called all over town looking for a storage unit but nothing was available. As a last ditch effort I decided to try one more facility... M & M storage. To my luck, they had a unit. Awesome! The woman I spoke with was very helpful. I was out of town at the time but she reserved the unit for me. Signing up is easy, the facility is clean, and they take security seriously by closely monitoring everyone entering and exiting the facility.
