Lacy in the Grand Ave and Peoria site was very accommodating and easy to do business with. She was very through in explaining the procedure to rent storage. Overall very good experience.

I was put on a waiting list. I received a call from Aubrey. She worked with my schedule to arrange an appointment. My schedule changed so I just showed up. She was professional, helpful and personable. Enjoyed the process. I am renting a spot for my truck for an upcoming move. Haven't parked there yet but will in a few days. So far the experience has been excellent.
