To be fair, the majority of storage facilities operate in a similar fashion; they give you a “Free Month” (or 2), They May Provide a “Free Truck” to move your stuff in And, they give you an initial Teaser Monthly rate to lull you in to a sense of Affordability. I’m so happy I found Storage Solutions! Great customer service and communication with Eddie, storage unit was clean and dry, competitively priced, well light grounds, and gated property. Eddie made the process very easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

These folks have assessed 2 massive rate hikes within a year's time. I complained about the 1st one this past spring. Now it's December and they're at it again. I've found a more reliable company for storage.
Nice friendly service if I could give more then 5 stars I would.
