When Storage Solutions took over this facility they improved everything. It was like night and day! The office staff are pleasant, professional and so helpful! The previous owners we nice to deal with but Storage Solutions and the office staff have taken storage needs to a whole new level!
Had my things in there for a year!! Lost my job and all but storage solutions worked with me and kept my things safe. Thank you so much for allowing me to rent with you. Easy access and fast replies .
Reserved a unit online from out of state and made it to this location to find the unit they assigned me was occupied with a lock on it! It's been 4 days and I still can't get ahold of anyone, I've been to the location multiple times and tried calling several times with no response, I even tried the number they are putting on their replies to these reviews! This so irresponsible and unprofessional of this business.
Great facility- well maintained, well lit, good security cameras and fencing. The manager Eddie at the Michigan City location is responsive and helpful. Some hiccups with their billing process led me to rate 4 vs. 5.
Went in this morning with a billing issue. I was out of there within 15 minutes. Mark and his wife took care of everything. Many thanks!
