Had my things in there for a year!! Lost my job and all but storage solutions worked with me and kept my things safe. Thank you so much for allowing me to rent with you. Easy access and fast replies .
When Storage Solutions took over this facility they improved everything. It was like night and day! The office staff are pleasant, professional and so helpful! The previous owners we nice to deal with but Storage Solutions and the office staff have taken storage needs to a whole new level!
Everything was quick and easy getting our unit. I really like the security and lighting, with needing 24hr access, it can feel sketchy being alone in a place like that…. I felt safe and secure. Plus, I area is paved, which made everything a LOT easier to unload. We even ended up getting another unit for my daughter’s stuff. My only complaint, which isn’t even really a complaint…the unit is a farther drive than we would have liked. But in all honesty, they were the best option for what we need. Great facility- well maintained, well lit, good security cameras and fencing. The manager Eddie at the Michigan City location is responsive and helpful. Some hiccups with their billing process led me to rate 4 vs. 5.
To be fair, the majority of storage facilities operate in a similar fashion; they give you a “Free Month” (or 2), They May Provide a “Free Truck” to move your stuff in And, they give you an initial Teaser Monthly rate to lull you in to a sense of Affordability. Then, like a Heroine Dealer, the price either gradually increases or it downright Shoots Up. This facility did all of the above.
