The folks at Storage star were incredibly helpful! What started as a stressful time for us (a last minute move) was made so much easier by Makayla and team. They bent over backwards to make sure we were able to get the right unit for our needs...even going so far as to switch units when we realized we'd have a larger truck...just to make access easier. I am definitely glad I went to the branch. We’ve been renters for a few years now. Recently the rental costs kept getting higher and were just getting too prohibitive. So I called the office to ask for a smaller and more affordable unit. To do that, I had to physically go to the branch to sign some paperwork. Cinnamon and Jessica absolutely rock 🤘✨ Good people make all the difference. What a relief to speak with those two wonderful humans. Beyond being super competent professionals they are genuinely nice and helpful people. Navigating storage rental in the Bay can be a wild ride, so glad to have found this place. I’m not sure what Cinnamon and Jessica’s job titles are currently but Storage Star would be wise to put people like that at the top where they can do the most good 🙏
Fantastic!!!!! I got into a unit in under 30 minutes. Super clean property and secure! Access is a breeze "if you have your code" and the staff is beyond helpful.
Today I had a car towed to Storage Star. I worked with Cinnamon. She is an absolute STAR! She made sure the storage unit was easily accessible for the tow truck. She was there to greet the tow truck. I have to say Cinnamon made this transaction seamless. I would recommend this storage facility. THANK YOU Cinnamon!!
