Gorgeous property right along my commute path. The new Extra Space Storage team is very helpful and excited to be a tenant.
Wow! The customer service here is great. Makayla was so helpful and respectful while helping me. I wasn’t having such a great day but she definitely made it so much better. Thanks Makayla you deserve more than 5 stars!
This storage company is just what the community needed!! Clean, user friendly, reasonable rates. Appreciate the kindness and efficiency the staff showed towards me. I’m extremely pleased, thank you!!😊
Customer service is excellent. Really helpful people all the way around. I like the facility. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t so terribly expensive. The longer you stay the more rate increases. New customers get better rates. Why penalize the long term customers? It’s a terrible business model. It’s seems to be true of most storage facilities. Somebody needs to break this business model. You could have customers for life!
Cinnamon and Jessica absolutely rock 🤘✨ Good people make all the difference. What a relief to speak with those two wonderful humans. Beyond being super competent professionals they are genuinely nice and helpful people. Navigating storage rental in the Bay can be a wild ride, so glad to have found this place. I’m not sure what Cinnamon and Jessica’s job titles are currently but Storage Star would be wise to put people like that at the top where they can do the most good 🙏
