I am definitely glad I went to the branch. We’ve been renters for a few years now. Recently the rental costs kept getting higher and were just getting too prohibitive. So I called the office to ask for a smaller and more affordable unit. To do that, I had to physically go to the branch to sign some paperwork. Cinnamon and Jessica absolutely rock 🤘✨ Good people make all the difference. What a relief to speak with those two wonderful humans. Beyond being super competent professionals they are genuinely nice and helpful people. Navigating storage rental in the Bay can be a wild ride, so glad to have found this place. I’m not sure what Cinnamon and Jessica’s job titles are currently but Storage Star would be wise to put people like that at the top where they can do the most good 🙏
I rented a parking space for my RV and the rental cost went up twice a year. Last year they were able to offer a senior discount , but months later they again raised the rent to over 200 dollars. The property is kept very clean and their security is great. i would have stayed there if the rent stayed reasonable.
Today I had a car towed to Storage Star. I worked with Cinnamon. She is an absolute STAR! She made sure the storage unit was easily accessible for the tow truck. She was there to greet the tow truck. I have to say Cinnamon made this transaction seamless. I would recommend this storage facility. THANK YOU Cinnamon!!
When I first rented the unit the then manager was more than helpful with the amount and arrangement as it was comparable to other companies. I assume a company regional manager decided to increase the rent by an unreasonable amount compared to my previous agreement and similar units elsewhere. The present manager has been pleasant and helpful after explaining my wife and I health and financial circumstances though I have been happy dealing with two site managers the company leaves a lot to be desired
