Wow! The customer service here is great. Makayla was so helpful and respectful while helping me. I wasn’t having such a great day but she definitely made it so much better. Thanks Makayla you deserve more than 5 stars!
Customer service is excellent. Really helpful people all the way around. I like the facility. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t so terribly expensive. The longer you stay the more rate increases. New customers get better rates. Why penalize the long term customers? It’s a terrible business model. It’s seems to be true of most storage facilities. Somebody needs to break this business model. You could have customers for life!
Today I had a car towed to Storage Star. I worked with Cinnamon. She is an absolute STAR! She made sure the storage unit was easily accessible for the tow truck. She was there to greet the tow truck. I have to say Cinnamon made this transaction seamless. I would recommend this storage facility. THANK YOU Cinnamon!!
The folks at Storage star were incredibly helpful! What started as a stressful time for us (a last minute move) was made so much easier by Makayla and team. They bent over backwards to make sure we were able to get the right unit for our needs...even going so far as to switch units when we realized we'd have a larger truck...just to make access easier. Add to that the fact that the facility is easy to get to, and the pricing incredibly competitive and theres really no reason to look anywhere else. Call these folks first an... read more
