I’m very happy with star storage, Diana was very nice and made things eazy for me to get a unit. Diana communicates very well and has a great attitude. The rates here are very reasonable and the property is very well maintained and secure. Thank you Diana and staff for your fast friendly service!
This storage facility is great, and Diana is the best! The units inside are well lit, no need for flash lights, the sizes are perfect and kept clean. Diana has extraordinary customer service 👌 welcoming, professional and accommodating, I highly recommend them
I really liked Storage Star Napa. The facility was very nice, clean, and felt secure. I never thought of losing the items I had placed there. The staff was great too. One thing I did not like was the unannounced price changes. Not sure if tthat happens with every storage facility, but unfortunately, the cost compared to other storage facilities in the area was just too expensive to continue to store my items there.
