I'm a parking and storage customer since 2015. Up to now, the pricing has been reasonable, but my storage and parking has went up almost double what it was just 18 months ago. It was $4500 per year 18 months ago, and as of last month, it was $7600 per year. I felt like they were trying to force us out, which I don't understand. We are good customers that always paid on time, and until a couple of years ago, we paid a year in advance. The was friendly and understood if I was late with payment. Never felt forced or in danger of losing my unit. I would use this place again if ever I needed a storage again.
