Staff lives onsite but seem to hardly ever be around to answer questions or assist. I stopped by three separate times this week after 3pm to a note on the door. I understand the self service aspect but they could be a whole lot more professional.
Recently due to some life changes had to move a majority of my stuff here while I stay with a friend. At the same time my vehicle broke down causing a comedy of errors including a dolly left outside my unit. Not only did D notify me but he took it upon himself to secure the item until I could pick it up. All I can say is good unit and good people.
D was super-helpful. This was an easy customer setup, in and out very easy. Nice facility, definitely recommend.
