A great storage place. Rent was reasonable, and the place is secure. The staff was very helpful, especially when I no longer needed the space and cancelled my membership.
Very clean storage facility and I enjoy being able to access my units 24/7. Super secure place and Ross is very nice and easy to work with. When moving in I told him the amount of stuff I would be storing and he got me set up with the right size units I needed.
I feel so lucky to have found this place. Outside of the many great qualities that this storage space has to offer, it is especially such a pleasurable experience working w/ the manager. She always goes out of her way to help when I'm in need. The fact that she runs front desk, does all of the billing, does all of the cleaning of the location, AND takes the time to make my experience enjoyable blows me away. Awesome lady, awesome place. Been with Storage star for about a year and very pleased with pricing,location and Ross being friendly and helpful. If you need storage space, I highly recommend.
Ross was informative, helpful, and professional. My first look at the facility it’s very nice, great security and easy access off of old Seward.
