Lorraine was wonderful! She showed me the storage units and was very informative throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. Her great customer service and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her!
The on-site manager at Storage Star self-storage on Old SewardHwy was very friendly and informative. I have an interior unit that is very accessible with strong lighting and a large cart to move items from the entry door to my unit. The location of Storage Star is very convenient to Southside neighborhoods along a major traffic artery. Rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
