I started renting from this facility in 2016 when it was Top Shelf. They were top-notch in their services & pricing, giving you a month free if you purchased a full year in advance. This was great. And, someone was always there running the facility, making sure the facility was clean, working properly and secure. It was very secure, with coded security gates and locked doors for inside storage units. However, this all changed when it was bought by Storage Star. This is the cutest storage facility ever. It has 24 hour gate access is located close to the Dimond Mall and has very good customer service. You will be happy to store your belongs at this safe and clean storage facility.

I feel so lucky to have found this place. Outside of the many great qualities that this storage space has to offer, it is especially such a pleasurable experience working w/ the manager. She always goes out of her way to help when I'm in need. Very clean storage facility and I enjoy being able to access my units 24/7. Super secure place and Ross is very nice and easy to work with. When moving in I told him the amount of stuff I would be storing and he got me set up with the right size units I needed.
