My experience was awesome. The computer messed up my reservation but staff went above and beyond to make it right. The site is private and secure. We just moved some stuff in today, so far, l am extremely pleased.
Incredible customer service. They were closed and off and still met with me on their day off. Made my moving experience less stressful. Highly recommend. They went above and beyond for me.
I thought I was going spend $1 first month yeah right. More like $53.00. no refunds. I used the unit for one day and now $53.. down the drain .a least they are clean

My first impression walking in was amazing being greeted so kindly with a smile. She was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I left feeling like I made the right choice of renting my storage unit here. Very happy with my decision.
