All of my belongings are ruined because of their rat infestation. I do think that you should at least let people know you have a rat infestation so we can choose whether or not we want to have our belongings ruined and then try to fight you to get everything fixed. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m dealing with. Everything in my storage unit is ruined due to mice and rats and urine and feces being on everything. Horrible customer service and they don’t stand by what they advertise. Tell you oh well that is an online price but conveniently the online doesn’t work so you are always charged the higher price. Horrible company and they were the only one with open units, obviously because they are very overpriced and false advertise
