The office manager Jessica is amazing! We needed help with our unit and she came out assisted us right away. it's nice to have a familiar face with all the changes happening.
Amazing place to store your items! Jessica was AMAZING! My soon to be husband was deployed for almost a year and he just paid his last payment and when we went inside we were greeted with such hospitality and kindness. Jessica REFUNDED his last payment with NO hesitation because we are moving to another state. She was truly so helpful! Thank you so much Jessica!
Absolutely disgusting. 2 month rental and the unit was covered in rodent droppings. We had to throw away a 700 couch and a 900 mattress. Ownership took no responsibility and simply told us to file a claim for insurance. They didn’t even help to dispose of the ruined furniture. Horrible business.
Briana was great help getting me my first storage unit. The process was easy and done within minutes! Definitely recommend ☺️
I appreciate the staff(Sally), it was great welcoming and informing all the details plus walk around the units. They all super clean and very easy to access. I also loved their app that you can unlock and lock the gate without even opening your window;)
