This place exceeded my estimations. I rented a large space for almost a year and never had a problem with moisture or vermin. I even left my unit unlocked by mistake, and received a call within 1 hour of doing so. The staff was pleasant and very responsive. I highly recommend the location and staff.

Love this place! Even when a moved further away I kept my storage here because its always very clean, safe, and well-kept. The staff is so helpful - even when you are downsizing your storage unit! Melissa is the best. 5 stars!!
I’ve been a customer is StorageStar as of the past week and I’ve already had a great experience! I was able to rent a unit online and come in the very next day to store my items! Customer service is superb - Melissa at the front desk is friendly, supportive, and helpful!

East Sac Self Storage is the best place I could have picked. It gave me a clean, safe space to sort through things and pack up for shipment.
