Shame on Jimmy the previous owner who screwed me over and now I'm paying 486dls that I don't have all because he would take out partial or no payments. This place is now under new ownership. And NO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THEY'RE MONEY!! EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY BANK STATEMENTS YO PROVE II HAD THE FUNDS TO PAY MY STORAGE!! I NOW HAVE TO PAY THAT BALANCE! SO GET KICKED OUT AMD HAVE ALL MY THINGS TROWN AWAY!! ANDY SON IS THE ONE GOING TO OAY THE BALANCE SO I DDONT LOOSE MY

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and professional, I had an interesting conversation with him and he helped fit my needs accordingly. I wish I had got his name. I had some things to store on short notice before a deployment and I was in and out in less than an hour. Seems like a secure facility has cameras and an automated gate that opens from 6:30 to 7:00. Their rates are more on the affordable side. Sunrise Self Storage gets an A+ from me.

Used these units for two years. Very friendly and helpful owners, supportive of the folks on base. Overall a good experience, with a few exceptions. The units are a bit older. Doors constantly got stuck. Design of the units leads to dust and dirt getting in your unit. There is a gap between the wall and ceiling in each unit that allows dirt to get blown in. Have all of your stuff in boxes or covered by sheets. No fault of the owner, but the location and design of the complex makes it susceptible to flooding. I just lost ev... read more

Me and my wife had a storage unit here last month our unit flooded waste high with mud and water which I understand they had no control over but he took our payment 3 days after the fact with out saying anything to us until a couple days after we made the payment and other people there said he did the same to them he didn't even offer any help whatsoever other than if we needed a few rags he didn't even offer flood insurance but we later found out he was covered he got paid for other people's stuff getting destroyed we lost ... read more

We ended up not being able to afford to rent a unit, but because we were on the road, the manager was compassionate enough to allow us to donate most of our stuff to his business, instead of us having to rush to find a donation spot.
