I feel like a number. Where is the human support when you need help from the office. I tried moving in on Saturday (my off day) and call service says wait til Monday to fix the access. 1) I work Monday I just leave my job 2) I will lost a week because now I can not move until next Saturday.. I feel like a number at this place.
I’ve been with Storage Star for 6 years, downsized, moved around and always going back to storage to take away things or bring new items in. The building has always been very very clean. I have never seen an ant or anything that you would not like to meet in your own house. The front desk was always happy to help, I’m very satisfied!
Came in on a Friday almost closing time and the gentleman that was there that day greeted me with kindness. Showed me several units and tried his best to help out. The facility is clean and restrooms are available anytime.
She helped in making sure i had my unit before they closed Saturday. Thank you so much for your assistance again!!!
