I've had a seamless excellent experience with Storage Star. I used the facility for 2 years when downsizing my residence. I changed from a very large unit to moderate size after about a year. Every interaction I had with the employees was pleasant and efficient. Never an issue with site or gate. I 100% recommend and I would use again.
I had to go back today to get a bigger storage unit and Nadia was so GREAT at helping me get another unit. She was super sweet and helpful! Thank you Nadia for all your help!!
Just sent an email to Storage Star on your company's website. I just rented a storage unit at your Tomball, Texas facility. Facility Manager, Patricia was very helpful. Courteous and patient. Answered my questions. Also, I appreciate having a Storage Star representative living onsite. I believe this will make the items I store at this facility more secure.
I had no problems with the people, they were very helpful. You charge way to much!. I had used it for four days and I couldn't get the money back that I didn't use. Not a very good to take advantage of people. I have used for several years.
Great place. Great staff. Great price. 2nd time I've used their facility. Would be nice if they had a dumpster but understand why they do not
