The storage facility lacks trash cans, dumpsters, and carts. This makes your move just a little more tedious. But otherwise ok.
The customer service was top notch! I went into the office & was told that the regular person was out having a baby. The gentleman there, Michael, was very helpful and patient. My application process was taken care of via phone call with a representative for the company. The rep was so attentive and outgoing. She went above and beyond my expectations. I felt very confident about the company and knew that I was in good hands. I do not remember the rep’s name but it began with a “Q” and she was amazing.
Have used twice and will continue to do so! Ms. Wood is so sweet and made the process very quick/easy!
Reserved a storage unit online, and then went in the next morning to complete the transaction. Everything was smooth and efficient, spent about 10 minutes in the office.
