The customer service was top notch! I went into the office & was told that the regular person was out having a baby. The gentleman there, Michael, was very helpful and patient. My application process was taken care of via phone call with a representative for the company. The rep was so attentive and outgoing. She went above and beyond my expectations. I felt very confident about the company and knew that I was in good hands. I do not remember the rep’s name but it began with a “Q” and she was amazing.
Rachel was so helpful! She made the whole renting process seamless! She readily answered all of our questions and took us around to look at units and helped us figure out what size we needed! Highly recommend. Thanks Rachel!!
The manger was very nice. She went over everything so I could understand it.
The property was VERY clean and neat. But who was the star of the show was Amesha. She answered all my questions (and I had many) and made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what I needed for my move. She made sure I was set and ready to go before I left. I love her!
Amesha did an amazing job explaining the prices to me and giving me the ins and outs of the breakdown of the total for my needs. I needed a last minute one way uhaul and a storage unit for my things and she accommodated me! The property is clean, customer is great! Would recommend. Thank you for being able to help me in my time of this emergency move!
