Alesha was very helpful and very friendly. She called back just a few minutes after I left a message with information. Still have not heard back from others. I rented two units. I like how they are new and clean. All the security features. Highly recommend.
U-haul completely screwed us over and offered no help. Amesha Wood from StorageWorld from Opelika al was great. She was the only one that offered to help and found us a truck to help us move into our dream home. Highly recommend using storage world and calling her. She was fantastic and amazing. We would not be able to move with out her. U-haul was terrible!! She made up for it. Thank you Amesha Wood!
The staff was very nice, but their hours are incorrect. They do not have staff there on Mondays, so we couldn't return our rental truck to them. It is incorrect on Google and their front door, but the main office knew they are closed Monday when I called them.
The customer service was amazing! Easy process of renting a unit and the first two months at half price was a great deal!
The customer service was top notch! I went into the office & was told that the regular person was out having a baby. The gentleman there, Michael, was very helpful and patient. My application process was taken care of via phone call with a representative for the company. The rep was so attentive and outgoing. She went above and beyond my expectations. I felt very confident about the company and knew that I was in good hands. I do not remember the rep’s name but it began with a “Q” and she was amazing.
