We were helped by Donnie and I will tell you that his customer service and compassion levels are exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone I know that asks where to store their belongings, because I am sure that their belongings are in very capable hands when Donnie is around. The office, bathroom and grounds are all kept tidy and looks super professional. I am glad that I find this place l. 10 out of 5 stars.
I rented with Arcos in the past. They were really good on prices. That's why I came back to Storage3. Donnie gave me a great deal on the 10x8 unit.
Had a really positive experience renting out a storage unit for my first time! Donnie was very helpful and very knowledgeable explained everything I needed to know & even got a sweet deal for 3 months! Donnie is absolutely AMAZING! He helped us so much with everything we needed to get done. Made everything we needed to get done a 1000x easier. 20/10 would recommend!! Storage is clean and easily accessible and staff is the sweetest and so helpful!
