I highly don’t recommend this storage unit place! Our family unit got broken into this past week.. damage was done to door and a lot of personal items were stolen. Also, many other units were also broken into! We called customer service to see if they could provide us with another unit since ours was damage and they wanted to charge us full price for another one. If you’re really considering this complex please rethink it twice before you do decide!
Rose was very helpful at getting my dad and I a storage unit on the same day!
Kristine Paraino was very helpful and patient with me as I was having problems with my unit. I was told several times by other representatives on how to open the unit but that in fact wasn’t accurate. I had to figure it out on my own between different units in 90 degree heat. She was very professional! Thanks again Kristine
