We reserved a storage unit online yesterday. Today we went to see our unit and start moving things in. When we met Adriana the first thing she said was - I have another unit that you might prefer. Would you like to see it? We did and she was right - much better for us. She explained everything clearly to us and we moved our first things in. Great service, great location and reasonable prices. Very pleased.

We used StoragePro of Carmel when our house was being worked on and Monika and Adrianna were the best to work with. I have rented 3 units here over the last few years. Always helpful and friendly when we came by. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the facility. They keep it very clean and everything was always in good working order. I couldn't ask for anything more. There were other storage units closer (and maybe a bit cheaper) but we have more trust and confidence in this team based on past experience.
Vanessa was very professional and emphasized on my needs pertaining to storage. She showed great work ethics and showed that she cared without exhibiting a kindness without a monetary motive. I have and will recommend Carmel self storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean , great location place to store their belongings.
After shopping around for a storage facility in the area, I decided to rent with Storage Pro of Carmel because of the cleanliness of the facility and the helpful and supportive staff, in particular, Adriana. Packing, moving and storing is never a fun task but Storage Pro made it as stress free and convenient as possible. Thanks for the great customer service.
