Manager was helpful, she had an extra lock I could buy and even helped me choose what size storage unit I needed. There were also spare dollies near the elevator she let me use.

So far, everything is great at this place, customer service is very good. However, one improvement would be to open at 7 AM during the warmer half of the year, so people could be unloading things outside the building in the cooler temperatures from 7 AM to 8 AM; this would apply only to hot climates like Phoenix, and only during the warmer half of the year, not needed at all in winter.
