Made a reservation for a 5X10 unit. Pricing showed $33/ month plus tax for the unit. When I came in is when all the issues began. First the person running the counter tried to upsell me for the main floor and play it off like it was an accident. Then online doesn't tell you that you have to have a very specific lock or you have to buy one. And they also force you to spend an extra $15/month on their protection plan. Not open on holidays is inconvenient... Their regular pricing is very expensive... They seem to be out of the office a lot during regular business hours with notes on the door . They have limited hours... If you leave 2 weeks before you are paid up to they dont refund you they keep the money. Not impressed with their operation other than it is clean.
Every time I love you everything was wonderful can't say enough nice things about the people working in the office the manager especially we've had most contact with him and we really appreciate everything.
Manager Bill is a genuine Good guy .. Top notch asset to the company. The facility there at America store is always clean .. Highly recommended 10 Stars !!!
