It was very easy to complete the rental with Alex. He was friendly and helpful, and found a unit the size we needed very close to a side entrance which was appreciated. He also honored the online rate and first month free with just admin fee and insurance, as advertised. It would have also been helpful to have the drive pattern for entering/exiting and the keypad post locations pointed out prior to going into the gated area to unload. I think this was probably overlooked becaue my son and his friend were waiting by the gate with the truck while Alex was still going over the contract with me and that was a distraction. I would definitely recommend this location!

The young woman working was very friendly and she took time to explain everything. She took me to two different storage units because I needed to see them to choose the right size unit for me. Units and building were very clean. Great prices! Thank you!
