This place sucks. Monthly bill just keeps increasing. Now it’s going up 7 more dollars the first of the year to implement some technology that probably won’t have anything to do with us. It’s ridiculous that you have to pay over $100 a month for one of their smaller units. Seriously considering switching places. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this place.
Not happy with this place. App never works to pay, and every month the rent increases. I chose this place because it was cheap and close but now I'm paying more than the one I got out of to come here. Late fees because the app kicks me out and forget about talking to someone in person there because every time I go in it says open but nobody there!!. I wait 15 to 20 mins inside then my car another 10 then give up. Look up the cost of the same size and it's back to what it was when I moved it but they won't give me that price.... read more
I am really disgusted with having to deal with this facility so called manager I have called their customer service center countless of times needing this dud woman to send me a code for their NOKE to operate my entry and have excess to my dame property I have been waiting since Monday As it is upon moving to this storage and meeting this JASSICA she had her nerves to come to harass this storage tenant by stating that she didn't think I was a good fit for her storage facility and my reply was I didn't ask for your opinion ... read more
This storage is fantastic! I love the Bluetooth keys super easy to use! Also as an introvert it's great not having to talk to anyone when I need to come my storage 😂 However everytime I needed something or spoke to their staff they are so darn nice, knowledgeable, and overall great. I also once saw the owner or manager bringing lunch for the staff and thought that was really nice and maybe why the team is so nice because they look like they are actually appreciated and treated well.
