We decided to get a covered storage space and called Matt at the StorCo Storage in Wood River. Matt switched us over from the site we had been in with no problem. I've had to call Matt for help before. Always takes care of us.
Customer service was extremely helpful and professional. Very nice property and well kept up. Could not be happier.

Matt was very helpful. Moving is so stressful but they make this part so easy. The storage units are the best I have ever used. I highly recommend StorCo Storage at the Wood River location.
I understand that as the years go on the price of storage is going to change. What they didn’t tell me is that they don’t care if you got the notification that the price was going up before I goes up. I was paying 78 for a unit and then I get an invoice before the payment comes out for 98.00. Now I call the location and the person didn’t know why it went up.
